maKeIT introduced in a snapshot - Bridge the Gap

The maKeIT team is out and about again: At "Bridge the Gap" on May 8, everything will revolve around how researchers at KIT can establish a better connection to business and society. As the new intrapreneurship program at KIT, maKeIT cannot be far away.

Sounds familiar? Events, where the speaker simply does not get to the point. An evening with one topic, three hours and a multitude of dull PowerPoint slides later, one often asks, what was the core of all that? What should I take away for myself personally? How can I dare to do something new and question the existing?

"Bridge the Gap" tackles this phenomenon. In two hours, seven different areas from KIT will present their ideas - and that in only 10 minutes each. There's no time for long anecdotes or frequent digressions. And due to the regular change of perspectives, boredom is never an option. The event is rounded off with an open get-together for all those who like it a bit more sociable after the technical part.

We from maKeIT are part of "Bridge the Gap", too. Our project leader Dr. Niels Feldmann will tell you everything you really need to know about maKeIT and our academies at KIT, starting at 5:15 pm: What do we stand for? What do we offer? And how can this help you as a researcher, supervisor or group? Feel free to stop by TRIANGEL at Kronenplatz in Karlsruhe on May 8, 2023 and talk to us. The event is free for participants and will be held in English.
