At MyAcademy, we work together to develop the content and methodology of relevant focal points within the team, e.g., the development of transfer strategies or portfolios. Furthermore, we support supervisors in promoting transfer potential and researchers in finding and implementing their own transfer projects – all this and more, individually tailored to your research group.

With over 26 years of experience as a consultant, researcher, lecturer, and manager in innovation management, I specialize in understanding human needs, fostering collaboration, and creating value at the intersection of industry, research, and education.

As part of the dual leadership team at ESS, I am primarily responsible for services offered to researchers, early-stage startups, and students. Additionally, I oversee controlling, reporting, and the management of ESS-operated locations, including the CUBE, K26, and KIT’s presence at the Zeiss Innovation Hub.
